Giles Barker brings more than 25 years of international experience across residential and commercial real estate. His career began in 1998, managing a portfolio of Central London properties, before moving to Florida in 2006 to broker luxury homes in Miami Beach. Along the way, he has represented industry leaders, celebrities, athletes, and families in London, Miami, and Charlotte.

Now calling Charlotte home with his family, Giles provides full-service representation through Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Under his DwellNova team brand, he combines thoughtful marketing, professional presentation, and personal guidance, managing the selling experience from pricing and preparation through negotiation and closing.

With a background in luxury property, Giles understands the importance of positioning each home thoughtfully—from photography and branding to pricing strategy and negotiation. He brings an international perspective and a hands-on approach to helping clients navigate their next move.
