Purpose of this draft

This site presents the DwellNova team and includes development-stage workflow tools. Real estate representation is provided through Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Browsing, creating a test account, or saving a draft does not create a brokerage relationship, execute a listing agreement, or publish a property.

Testing and availability

Use sample information only. Features may change, and sample data may be reset. The platform does not currently process payments, execute contracts, verify identities, or transmit offers or marketing messages.

Service terms

Final services, compensation, and other terms must be documented in an approved listing agreement before representation begins. Buyer services and any buyer-agent compensation are separately agreed.

Before customer launch

Final service agreements, operational policies, brokerage disclosures, and vendor connections remain subject to review and activation. These pilot terms are not the final transaction agreement.
