Seller accounts and files

This early-access site uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your account. Seller profiles, property drafts, and supporting files are scoped to your signed-in identity. Use sample information while the private pilot is reviewed.

Do not upload bank details, government IDs, financial account numbers, or signed transaction documents. Identity checks are not connected. When activated, ID images and selfies should go directly to the selected verification provider. DwellNova staff will separately review ownership and authority to sell before approving a listing.

Staff photo processing

The private Staff Studio is restricted to approved DwellNova team members. Original property photos and generated versions are stored separately. When a staff member requests an enhancement, the selected original and DwellNova’s fixed editing instructions are sent to OpenAI for image processing. Staff must review every result for accuracy before approval or publication. Originals are retained unless an authorized staff member removes them.

Contact and home search

The contact form prepares an email addressed to giles.barker@premiersir.com in your own email application. The website does not submit or store the form. You choose whether to send it. Search terms appear in the address bar but do not trigger an MLS search or create a saved buyer account in this draft.

Home valuation requests

CMA access requires your name and an email address verified with a six-digit code. We save your name, verified email and verification time with your signed-in account so DwellNova can follow up about your valuation. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the recipient email and verification message. Codes expire after 10 minutes; only a keyed hash is stored by this site. Verification confirms access to the email inbox, not identity or property ownership. These details are not displayed publicly. The CMA can generate a preliminary estimate from supported county sale records when enough sales pass the checks. No appointment or marketing subscription is created. Connections and local storage

Dotloop, marketing AI generation, IDX, marketing delivery, and payment collection are not active connections. No listing is published and no marketing message is sent when you save a seller draft. The sample workspace saves its demo state on your device and can be reset there.

The installable web app does not cache your private records or files for offline viewing. Your seller workspace requires sign-in and an internet connection.

AI property conversations

Property chat is available when DwellNova enables its OpenAI connection. Sending a chat message shares the message, relevant saved property facts, recent conversation history and AI working notes with OpenAI to prepare a reply. Seller identity documents, account contact details and supporting files are not automatically included. Do not put sensitive information in your messages.

Messages, suggested changes and working summaries are stored with your signed-in seller account, separately for each property. Confirmed changes update your property preparation details; they do not verify ownership, approve a listing or complete a legal disclosure. No staff notification or appointment is sent automatically.

The integration requests no stored response state from OpenAI. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs; API data is not used for model training unless the customer opts in. See OpenAI’s data controls. Contact DwellNova about access or deletion of saved conversation records.

Before public launch

DwellNova, LLC must finalize its privacy notice, data retention and deletion process, service terms, and connected-provider disclosures before customer launch. This notice describes the private pilot and is not a completed public privacy policy.
